Job description


MISSIONS

•Supervise the Gabon preliminary works package: technical and HSE requirements , planning, reporting, etc.

•Supervise and manage project technical disciplines (HSE, technical, operational, etc.)

•Manage and coordinate local Contractors and Suppliers operational activities (offshore supervision): ensure the Work is performed efficiently in accordance with all contract requirements and Client schedule and ensure QHSE standards/ performance are good

•Promote effectiveness when seeking technical solutions whilst utmost ensuring reliability and safety of installations and personnel and respect of the environment

ACTIVITIES

•Co-ordination, review and advancement of all HSE, technical, operational, etc. project documentation

•Propose the most efficient project execution/ strategy. Participate in tendering, technical and commercial bid evaluations and contracts finalisation. Issue recommendation to award.

•Manage technical co-ordination of Contractors and Company project disciplines

•Organise and participate in Risk Assessments, Pre-Job Meetings (RLO)pre-Simops visits, kick off meetings (ROC), etc. as required in accordance with Company's referential

•Ensure proper progress reporting to affiliate and Client management

•Seek optimization of construction vessel (POB, location) to enable some opportunity works asked by TVX without Client planning and key dates

•Operate as Company Representative on offshore platforms and construction vessel. Coordination and supervision of daily work programs during offshore project execution Liaise with Site RSES for POB Management, Emergency preparedness and response, work permit procedure, etc.

•Reports all HSE events and near-misses as required by Affiliate’s referential. Implement preventive and corrective actions accordingly.

Job requirements


Qualifications and experience required

Fluency in English/ French (spoken and written)

10 years experience in different phases of offshore projects construction : project engineering, offshore construction supervision...

Experience as Company Representative is a plus
